Welcome to Cotton Paper Co. By visiting our site, purchasing a printable template, or requesting a custom design, you agree to these terms. We kept them as clear and Southern-straight as possible.
Agreement to Terms
Cotton Paper Co Design ("we", "us", "our") provides printable templates and party designs through https://cottonpaper.co. By accessing the site, creating a request, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Digital Goods - Printable Templates & Party Printables
All products are printable templates and party designs delivered as personalized PDFs via email. No physical goods are shipped unless noted in a custom studio proposal.
- Files are for personal use unless you purchase a commercial license or it is included in your listing.
- You receive a license to print and use the printable templates for your own events and gatherings. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
- Because colors vary by printer and screen, we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
Custom Studio Requests
Our custom studio creates made-for-you printable templates with Southern grace. When you submit a request:
- We review your vision and send a proposal with timeline and pricing if we are a good fit.
- Custom work begins only after you approve the proposal and complete payment via the secure checkout link we provide.
- Turnaround times are estimates shared in your proposal. Rush options may be available.
- You are responsible for proofing all text, dates, and details before printing your printable templates.
SMS Terms — Please Read
Required by carriers for our marketing number approval
Program: CottonPaperCo Welcome & Shop Updates, operated by Cotton Paper Co Design.
Opt-in: You opt in on our website forms at https://cottonpaper.co via an optional, unchecked checkbox stating: "Yes, send me my freebie and porch notes via text (SMS). I agree to receive marketing text messages from Cotton Paper Co at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply." We log the checkbox wording, timestamp, and source page in our CRM contacts with sms_consent.
Consent not a condition: Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition to purchase anything. The phone field is always optional.
What you will get: Freebie delivery (for example your A is for Apple coloring page), new collection launches, Southern porch notes from Crystal, and occasional offers for our digital boutique. Messages include our own cottonpaper.co links only. No shortened links.
Frequency: Marketing messages up to 2 to 3 per week, plus transactional messages when you request a freebie.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you are unsubscribed and no further marketing texts will be sent. You can also email hello@cottonpaper.co to be removed.

Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You must be 13 years or older and have authorization to use the phone number provided.
No sharing: We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Refunds & Digital Deliveries
Due to the instant nature of printable templates and digital party printables, all sales are final once files are delivered or download access is granted. If you have trouble accessing your printable template or believe there was an error with your order, please email hello@cottonpaper.co within 14 days and we will make it right, because that is just good hospitality.
For custom orders, refunds are handled per your proposal terms. Generally, after design work begins, deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to revise until you are delighted within the revision scope agreed.
Intellectual Property
All printable templates, invitation templates, illustrations, lettering, layouts, copy, and branding on this site are owned by Cotton Paper Co Design and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative templates for resale without written permission.
When you share a testimonial or custom request, you grant us permission to use your first name and event type in our portfolio or marketing, unless you ask us not to.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use our site to transmit spam, harass, or violate any laws.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, customer data, or admin studio.
- Do not use our freebies or paid printable templates to create competing template marketplaces.
Disclaimers
Our printable templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our site will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we do our best to keep the porch light on.
